I’ve had Air Services of the Carolinas over here on two separate occasions once couple years ago, recently this past Friday-both times were exceptional service. They were honest, respectful, kind, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and explained it in detail. I am so thankful that it was them who I called for assistance with my A/C. The owner Bill is someone you can count on, his team Steve, Billy, Carter, are very knowledgeable, following the lead. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far. Carter showed up on time, diagnosed what was wrong by just hearing us tell him what the symptoms were, confirmed his diagnosis by checking out our unit and fixed it. Called at about 8am for AC blowing warm air. Bill answered, got my info said Tech would be out around 1-3p today (sunday)… other companies weren’t able to come out and would have to wait until Monday. Around 9:30 received a call telling me Bill would be out to check everything by 10:00am. Bill came in checked inside unit… didn’t find anything then went to outside to check. Came back in told me the issue and replaced the part and very fair pricing and such a nice honest guy! Great family owned company! Glad we found them from a friend and will now be forever customers! Carter killed it! We arrived home at 4:15, with 90+ degrees temperatures outside, to find our air conditioning had failed. 2 1/2 hours later, Carter showed up. He knew exactly what to do. Fixed  the issue. Tomorrow’s feel like temperature is going to be 108. But we have air conditioning. Go Carter! So thankful! By the way, it helps to have an annual contract For priority service.
